By accessing TrippingCube's website or booking our travel services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Please Read Before Booking
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrippingCube. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. Completing a booking or payment implies full acceptance of these terms.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through TrippingCube are subject to real-time availability and require confirmation from our travel experts. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email and payment of the required deposit or full amount. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings due to availability changes or pricing errors.
Payment Terms
A minimum deposit of 25% of the total package value is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least 15 days before the date of departure. Failure to pay within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit paid.
Pricing Policy
All prices listed are indicative and subject to change based on seasonal demand, airline seat availability, hotel occupancy, currency fluctuations, and government tax revisions. TrippingCube will notify you of any price changes before confirming your booking. Final prices are locked only after full payment is received.
Travel Documents
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring the validity of all travel documents including passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, travel insurance, health certificates, and any destination-specific permits. TrippingCube provides visa assistance as a value-added service, but approval is at the discretion of the respective consulate or embassy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sales@trippingcube.com. Cancellation charges vary based on the timing of the request relative to the departure date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for a full breakdown of applicable charges. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.
Liability Disclaimer
TrippingCube acts as a travel intermediary and is not directly liable for services provided by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or activity vendors. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, medical emergencies, or any force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
Amendments & Modifications
Requests to modify confirmed bookings (date changes, destination changes, traveller substitutions) are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Amendment fees depend on the nature of the change, supplier policies, and how far in advance the request is made. Some bookings may be non-amendable.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of TrippingCube services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before initiating legal proceedings.
